- We consider it a privilege to have access to your home during pet sitting services. We do not judge any family lifestyle and do not divulge any personal information about our clients. Any documentation provided for our services will not be shared with any third party, unless agreed upon by you if a third party is needed for completion of services. In the event of illness or other unavoidable incapacity by Furever Friends Home Pet Care, reputable backup will be provided. In-Home Camera Policy
- We understand our clients' desire for security and safety when using cameras. When we are pet sitting in-home, we require disclosure of all camera locations, inside and out. We do not allow active cameras in areas in which we sleep or have personal purposes; if there are cameras in those locations, they must be disabled when we are in the home, for our privacy. Furever Friends Home Pet Care reserves exclusive time for your pets and often turn away other clients to accommodate your needs. Schedule is typically booked back-to-back, making it challenging to replace canceled dates, especially for popular services like overnight pet sitting and drop-in visits.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and while we aim to be as flexible as possible, cancellation policies are in place to ensure fairness and proper care for all clients. Overnights Booking: Cancellations with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice before the start of care will be charged 50% of the total booking.

In emergencies, we will:

- 5. Holiday Surcharge Notice
- A $50 holiday surcharge fee will be included in your booking invoice on the following:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Eve
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
6. Weather Policy
Extreme Weather: Outdoor services may be adjusted or rescheduled for pet and sitter safety. Clients will be notified of changes.
7. Work Environment Policy
Indoor Conditions: Temperatures must be maintained between 68–78°F.
Environmental Hazards: Service may be refused in homes with: Unsanitary conditions, Unsafe environments
Outdoor Pets: Outdoor pets must have adequate shelter, clean water, and protection from the elements. Crated or Confined Pets: Pets must be checked on at least three times daily.

11. Service Area Notice
Our primary pet sitting service area includes the Bulverde, TX, Spring Branch, TX, and surrounding communities. Additional travel fees may apply for areas outside the 78070 zip code.
