Set Up Your Pet Parent Profile: Once you receive the email, take a few minutes to fill out your profile, including detailed information about your pets and their specific care instructions.
Streamlined Management: This step gets you active in our client software, where you can easily manage bookings, provide updates on your pet's needs, and access all communication in one place.
Step 4: Finalize Booking
Once we schedule your first pet care service, you will receive an email confirming your visits, along with an invoice.
Payment Policy: All invoices are due in full 24-hours prior to arrival, or on the first day of service if paying by cash.
Flexible Payment Options: For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.

Book Early: For the best availability, especially for popular travel weeks, holidays, or services like overnight pet sitting, submit your request as far in advance as possible. We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance of your travel.
Quick Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation or denial response within 24 hours, ensuring your plans are finalized promptly. Requests are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are not final until you hear back from us.
Step 3: Meet & Greet
An essential step to ensure your pets receive personalized care. This is your opportunity to ask any questions or provide additional details about your pet's routine, medical needs, or preferences.
Get to Know Your Family: I’ll meet you and your pets, building trust and understanding to help your furry friends feel comfortable. We'll go over your detailed care instructions.
Verify Entry Instructions: I’ll confirm how to access your home securely, whether it’s with a key, keypad code, or other method.
Software & App Overview: I’ll guide you through using our Time To Pet software and mobile app, so you can easily manage bookings, communicate with me, and stay updated with your pets' activities.
The initial meet & greet is complimentary as part of our commitment to ensuring you and your pets feel confident and comfortable with our services.
Any additional meet & greets will be invoiced at the 30-minute drop-in service rate of $35.00.
