Hey there! I’m Shelbie—the proud owner and caregiver behind Furever Friends Home Pet Care, providing professional, in-home pet sitting services in Spring Branch, TX and the surrounding areas.
I grew up on a small farm just outside of Austin, surrounded by animals of all kinds—horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, snakes, and even the occasional baby skunk. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and over the years, that love has only grown deeper.
Furever Friends was born during a new chapter in my life—when my own nest became empty. I took my lifelong passion for animals and paired it with my professional experience to create something truly meaningful: a pet care service built on trust, consistency, and genuine love.

What Makes My Care Different

Shelbie was awesome! She communicated before the house sitting and eased my mind since this was the first time we had left our dogs for as long and with a house sitter. She kept us updated while we were away and sent pics of our fur babies which made our day. She really made us feel so comfortable and we appreciated everything she did. We will 100% use her again and never go back boarding our dogs.

Shelbie was a stay-in-home sitter for my two dogs - for over two full weeks. She kept us informed on their status on a regular basis, took great care of the home while she stayed, and both boys loved her! (I think they now love her more than me...) Because she works remote at her full time role, and they needed someone to help maintain their routine (out at 6, food at 7, in during rain, food at 5, in at 8 for the night) she was a perfect fit. Really good fit. All in all a great experience and we are already connected to using her this summer.

Shelbie is the absolute BEST! She has been watching my two Persian cats and house sitting for us for several years now. She is so warm, loving, and professional with my “Fur Babies” that I can totally release when I know she’s there with them. In the ice storm that hit Texas in Feb 2023, she not only took great care of our pets, but saved our home from excessive damage. She went above and beyond in her care of our home. She is an amazing person and I can highly recommend her.
