What is your service area?
20-mile radius of Spring Branch/Bulverde, Texas. Going outside 78070 zip code is baesd on availability, please inquire.
Can you give medication?
Yes. I am able to give oral and topical medication, as well as injectable medication to your pets.
Can we meet you in advance?
Yes! In fact, it's a requirement. Your meet & greet will be scheduled no less than 1 week prior to your travel. This is our opportunity to make sure it's a good fit.
If you're caring for my dog can you just ignore my cat?
No. As a professional, I cannot in all good conscience ignore any pet in the household. Therefore, I will need to provide care and be compensated for the care of all pets in the household.
Is it normal for my pet to have an accident?
Yes. Even the most housebroken dog or cat can have accidents while you're away. Sometimes they're nervous or upset that you're gone. It's not at all uncommon. They are easily cleaned up and I don't mind. Poop is my middle name!
Do you have set visit times for drop-ins?
No. I do not give specific times. Time frames adjust according to the number of visits on a particular day. However, I do have time frames I do best to maintain: Morning: 7-9am, Mid-Day: 11-3pm, Dinner: 4-6pm, Bedtime: 7-9pm
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit cards through my pet sitting software online or through my mobile app, cash, Vinmo, Zelle, or check. Payment for services is due in full before the first day of service. For new clients although the initial meet & greet is free, there will be a $35 fee for additional meet & greet sessions requested by the client.
How do I book or request services?
It’s easy with my pet sitting software, Time To Pet! After your client onboarding you'll have access to log in and request visits. Requests must be approved by me in advance of considering the service booked. My availability is best when you are able to book a minimum of 3+ months in advance.
Do I bring my pet to you?
No. I provide in-your-home pet sitting services. I do not provide boarding or kenneling services. In-your-home service allows your pets to remain in their own environment while you are away.
Do you provide service on holidays?
Yes. I am open 365 days year. There is an extra $20/day holiday fee on these major holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Do I have to pay a deposit when I book service? And when do I pay my invoice?
No, I do not require a deposit. Payment in full is due prior to services or upon arrival on first day. Clients are able to view and pay invoices directly on the secure Time To Pet mobile app. I accept all major credit cards, Vinmo, Zelle, cash or check.
What is the cancellation policy?
When I book your services, I reserve exclusive time for your pets and often turn away other clients to accommodate your needs. My schedule is typically booked back-to-back, making it challenging to replace canceled dates.
Overnights Booking: 2 weeks notice: full refund 7-14 days notice: 75% refund 3-6 days notice: 50% refund 2 days notice: no refund
Drop-In Booking: Visits must be cancelled by 8:00 pm the day prior to avoid being charged.

4. Confidentiality and Disclosure
We consider it a privilege to have access to your home during pet sitting services. We do not judge any family lifestyle and do not divulge any personal information about our clients. Any documentation provided for our services will not be shared with any third party, unless agreed upon by you if a third party is needed for completion of services. In the event of illness or other unavoidable incapacity by Furever Friends Home Pet Care, reputable backup will be provided.
5. In-Home Camera Policy
We understand our clients' desire for security and safety when using in-home cameras. When we are pet sitting in-home, we require disclosure of all camera locations, inside and out. We do not allow active cameras in areas in which we sleep or have personal purposes; if there are cameras in those locations, they must be disabled when we are in the home, for our privacy. Non-adherence to this policy is cause for immediate cancellation of service without refund or credit.
6. Promotional Picture Policy
We may take pictures of your pets during our services and use them in our promotional materials, including our website and social media. These pictures will not be published while you are still away. Many clients enjoy seeing their furry family members spotlighted! If you do not want your pictures used in this manner, please let us know.
7. Feedback and Reviews
